This evening will provide families with an opportunity to hear more about the purpose, destinations and educational value of each tour, including how these experiences extend classroom learning, foster independence and global awareness, and support students to imagine broader pathways for their futures.<\/p>\n<p>We are excited to share the following tours that will be presented on the evening.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NEW: Year 7 to Year 11 Tennis Tour \u2013\u00a0 Australian Open, Melbourne January Holidays 2027<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Join an exciting tennis development tour to the Australian Open in Melbourne during the January 2027 holidays, designed for students in Year 7 to Year 12 in the Tildesley Tennis Team\/Squad. This unique experience combines high-quality tennis training with the opportunity to watch the world&#8217;s best players compete at one of the four Grand Slam tournaments.<\/p>\n<p>Students will participate in coaching sessions, observe professional athletes in competition, and learn firsthand about the physical, technical, tactical, and mental aspects of elite tennis. This immersive Japanese experience is an incredible opportunity to explore another way of life while extending your learning beyond the classroom. Ideal for students studying Visual Arts, Multimedia, Food Technology, Textiles, Japanese, Design and Technology, or Engineering, the tour combines hands-on workshops, cultural experiences and language practice with visits to museums, galleries, shrines and performances. Through visits to literary landmarks, theatre performances, writing workshops and cultural experiences, students will deepen their understanding of literature while exploring the places that inspired great works and shaped literary history. We are partnering with Culture College Aboriginal Corporation (Culture College), a social enterprise established to inspire and educate secondary school students and empower the next generation of Australia\u2019s leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Students will be immersed in the living culture of Aboriginal clans of East Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory of Australia, one of the most culturally intact and pristine regions left on Earth.
