ICAS is an online academic competition designed to challenge students\u2019 higher-order thinking and problem-solving skills. Please note that it is not based on the NSW syllabus.<\/p>\n

Whilst we offer all our Year 3 to 6 students the opportunity to participate in ICAS, the competition is not necessarily suitable for all students. Those wishing to engage in academically challenging, international assessment are encouraged to partake.<\/p>\n

ICAS evaluates student performance against other competition entrants across the state and nation. All students who participate will be recognised with a printed certificate in each subject area completed and an online results report that identifies relative strengths and weaknesses. Top performers will also be eligible for medals.<\/p>\n

MLC School has signed up for the ICAS Assessments parent payment system (PPS), which allows parents\/carers to pay for ICAS directly online. The tests are conducted at school.<\/p>\n

Cost per test: $21.95 (incl. GST)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please use this <\/strong>link<\/strong><\/a> to log into the shop and register your daughter<\/strong> by Fr<\/strong>iday 24 July<\/strong>. Take care when entering your daughter\u2019s name into the system, as this is how it will appear on her certificate(s).<\/p>\n
