They were promised a special visit from <strong>Lisa Moloney<\/strong> and they had a big surprise for her.<\/p>\n<p>Students prepared their studio as if it was the ABC\u2019s television program Q &amp; A. <strong>Evelyn Tsang<\/strong> was the host and various students asked Ms Moloney a number of questions about her life as a teacher and role as Principal of MLC School.<\/p>\n<p>Ms Moloney was outstanding as the guest of the program. She answered the questions clearly and honestly. The students learnt deep insights into her career and passion as a teacher and leader. They took notes as she shared her story.\u00a0 Here are some insights:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8216;Ms Moloney likes to see and make everyone smile. Joy is important to her.&#8217;<\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>\u2013 Xintong Guan<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8216;Ms Moloney knows she cannot always make people happy but she listens and learns from their feedback.&#8217;<\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>\u2013 Olivia Chan<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8216;Ms Moloney does not like making decisions that someone may not like, but sometimes she needs to.&#8217;<\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>\u2013 Siya Chauhan<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8216;In her role she prioritises active listening and loves watching students and staff grow.&#8217;<\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>\u2013 Amy Zong<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Imagine if you could ask the Principal of the School anything you wanted.
