\"\"This week, Year 12 took some time to reflect on recent feedback and think about their next steps. Students used Luminary to help set goals, and on Tuesday David Posker-Hill, <\/strong>Acting Director of Studies \u2013Year 11 to Year 12 and Marianna Carlino, <\/strong>IB Coordinator,\u00a0shared some encouraging strategies for using feedback to keep moving forward positively.<\/p>\n

During Chapel on\u00a0Wednesday,\u00a0it was fantastic to see Ella Hu<\/strong>, Chapel Captain, Grace Farrow,<\/strong> Spirit Captain, alongside Year 12 musicians in the Chapel Strings Band and helping to bring a wonderful service to life. Rev Vinnie<\/strong> focused on a clear, positive message regarding looking out for and showing appreciation to our mothers and other significant care givers \u2013 not just this week \u2013 but every week.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Congratulations to our Year 12 Italian ab initio students on completing the course. They sat their final examinations this week, marking a significant milestone of their Year 12 experience. Thank you to Erika Pieri,<\/strong> Teacher \u2013 Languages, Marianna Carlino<\/strong> and Candace Robertson, <\/strong>Head of Department \u2013 Languages, for their wonderful support throughout.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday\u00a0evening,\u00a0the Music department hosted\u00a0the Band Soiree in Potts Hall. It was wonderful to\u00a0hear\u00a0about\u00a0the amazing performances of Year 12 students. I trust you all enjoyed performing and supporting each other for an audience of family\u00a0and friends!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Thursday saw Year 12 join with their Little Sisters from Year 8 for a morning of fun, connection and positive experiences. Mooramoora and Sutton Luminary groups even braved the cold weather for a healthy, competitive few rounds of dodge ball!<\/p>\n
