{"id":45022,"date":"2026-05-01T13:49:12","date_gmt":"2026-05-01T03:49:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/mlc\/?post_type=article&#038;p=45022"},"modified":"2026-05-01T13:49:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T03:49:12","slug":"co-curricular-absence-form","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/mlc\/article\/co-curricular-absence-form\/","title":{"rendered":"Co-curricular Absence Form"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>Need to let us know your child will miss a co\u2011curricular activity?<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>You can now submit a co\u2011curricular absence form for any co\u2011curricular activity via the <em><strong>Omnia<\/strong><\/em> Parent Portal or the MLC School App.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Please check that your child\u2019s co\u2011curricular activities are displaying in the <b>\u201cMy Students\u201d<\/b>\u00a0profile section under <b>\u201cCo\u2011curricular\u201d<\/b>\u00a0for the current term.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>To submit an absence:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the relevant student<\/li>\n<li>Choose the absence type and time (today, multi\u2011day or partial)<\/li>\n<li>Based on the date and time selected, the relevant activity will appear<\/li>\n<li>Add a reason for the absence (mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>Upload supporting documentation (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Submit<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Parents or carers will receive a confirmation email immediately (as will the activity Coordinator).
