\"\"This term has been marked by vibrant spiritual engagement, meaningful connections, and a strong sense of community across our school. The \u2018Spirit Strong 2026 On\u2019 <\/i><\/b>theme, woven throughout 10 House Services, encouraged each House to explore its unique sub-theme, such as: \u201cAdventure, Leaping into Action, Leadership, Community, and Unity\u201d<\/i>\u00a0(to name a few). These services provided opportunities for students to reflect, participate, and grow together, fostering an environment where everyone felt valued and uplifted.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
We also had the opportunity to farewell our Year 12 students during their various House services. These gatherings were significant, as they marked the final House service for each student in their last year. The occasion provided a meaningful moment to acknowledge their journey and celebrate their contributions to the school community.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Weekly chapel services remained a cornerstone of our school faith life. The lighting of candles during the six weeks of Lent offered a visual and spiritual reminder of hope and renewal\u2026 and created space for contemplation in the busy school week. Students and staff embraced these moments, deepening their understanding of the significance of Lent, and its message of reflection and compassion.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Harmony Week was a highlight, with our special service celebrating the theme \u201cEveryone Belongs.\u201d The event brought our diverse community together, affirming our commitment to inclusivity and respect. Through shared stories, music, and prayer, we acknowledged the richness that each individual brings to our school and reaffirmed the importance of unity.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Last Tuesday, our Year 9 Chapel service welcomed a group of 20 students from Japan. The occasion provided a wonderful opportunity for cultural exchange and shared experiences.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
As we conclude Term 1, I am grateful for the enthusiasm and spirit shown by our students, staff, and families. Our journey has been one of growth, togetherness, and spiritual discovery. I look forward to building on these foundations in the coming term, continuing to nurture a school environment where faith, belonging, and compassion thrive.<\/div>\n

As we now approach Easter, we are reminded of its powerful message of resurrection, hope, and new beginnings. Easter encourages us to embrace renewal in our own lives and to carry forward the spirit of joy, generosity, and forgiveness. May the lessons and celebrations of this term inspire us to welcome the promise of Easter with open hearts, continuing to build a community where every person is uplifted and cherished!<\/div>\n
