Through practical lessons and theory, they are using heart rate monitoring technology to collect and analyse real\u2011time data, helping them understand how the body responds to different types and intensities of physical activity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">By linking movement skills with data analysis and reflection, students are developing informed decision\u2011making skills and a deeper understanding of how technology can enhance performance and support lifelong physical activity. The students have participated in team sports, gym circuits and HIIT workouts to enhance their understanding of how the body works during exercise.
