Even when completed, forms did not always make it back to the Studies Office in a timely fashion \u2014 often remaining in school bags or lockers for weeks. This includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1480\">\n<li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">\n<p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\" role=\"presentation\">A step-by-step guide to getting started<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">\n<p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\" role=\"presentation\">All required forms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">\n<p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\" role=\"presentation\">Clear instructions for each stage of the process<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">\n<p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\" role=\"presentation\">A dedicated Parent Information page<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">\n<p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\" role=\"presentation\">Everything students need to begin their DofE journey<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Students can scan the QR code using their phone or device and access everything in one place. If a student decides they would like to undertake DofE, they can either print the forms at home or download them and have them <b>electronically signed by their Assessors<\/b>. The key difference is that printing is now <b>optional<\/b>, not automatic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><strong>Submitting forms made simple<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ms-outlook-mobile-reference-message skipProofing\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Once forms are completed, they are uploaded online using QR codes included within the step-by-step guide.
