We are pleased to share two exceptional opportunities for students and families to hear directly from leading UK universities as part of our extended Futures and Pathways network. Through the strength of our independent schools careers advisors network, we are fortunate to access expert speakers and resources from across the globe\u2014shared generously between schools to benefit all our students.<\/p>\n

This month, two schools are kindly hosting UK university representatives, and MLC School students and families are warmly invited to attend:<\/p>\n

University of the Arts London (UAL)<\/b>
\nDate:<\/b> Thursday 14 August 2025,<\/strong> 5pm
\nLocation:<\/b>\u00a0Astra Theatre, Queenwood
\nDetails:<\/b>\u00a0Philip Scurrah, International Recruitment Coordinator (Academic), will present an overview of UAL\u2019s six creative colleges, subject areas, and application process for pre-degree, foundation, and undergraduate study. Students will also have the chance to ask questions about courses and admissions pathways.<\/p>\n

Imperial College London and University of Cambridge<\/b>
\nDate:<\/b> Tuesday 12 August 2025<\/strong>, 6.30pm \u2013 7.30pm
\nLocation:<\/b>\u00a0Audrey Keown Theatre, PLC Sydney
\nDetails:<\/b>\u00a0Join Chloe McClean (Imperial) and Nathan Lamb (Cambridge) for a discussion on the benefits of UK higher education, personal statement tips, and guidance on applying to competitive UK institutions.<\/p>\n

PLC Futures Imperial College and The University of Cambridge Event Invite 2025<\/a><\/p>\n

These visits from UK university representatives typically occur just once per year and are shared across schools to ensure our students gain access to world-class insights and guidance.<\/p>\n

We strongly encourage interested students in Year 9 \u2013 Year 12 and their families to attend.<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n
