If eligible, you may be considered for course offers even if your ATAR (or equivalent) is below the standard selection rank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you think this applies to you, please refer to the <strong>EAS Application Guide.<\/strong> You apply through your <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/d1dfwahqlx324v.cloudfront.net\/uploads\/sites\/38\/2025\/06\/eas-application-guide.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UAC online application<\/a><\/strong>, and this short <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/r4usEFQmzrc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>video<\/strong><\/a> explains how.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Most EAS applications require:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Personal Statement \u2013 completed by you<\/li>\n<li><strong>An Educational Impact Statement (EIS) \u2013 to be provided by MLC School<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A Medical Impact Statement \u2013 completed by a health professional. Allow them plenty of time ie. at least a month<\/li>\n<li>Additional supporting documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">You are responsible for uploading the Personal Statement, Medical Impact Statement, and any additional documentation to your UAC application (where relevant).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>UAC EAS applications close on Tuesday 18 November 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>How the Educational Impact Statement (EIS) works:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">The EIS is completed by someone at MLC School who knows your situation and can write a supporting statement using the official UAC template.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>To organise your EIS:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Email a copy of EAS application (and any relevant documents) to <strong>Jo Cilia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Indicate who at MLC School you believe is the most appropriate person to complete the EIS.<\/li>\n<li>This must be submitted by <strong>Friday 19 September 2025<\/strong> (last day of Term 3) to allow time to get this done for you.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ms Cilia will coordinate the EIS and it will be uploaded directly by the school to a secure UAC<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">portal and attached to your application.
