\"\"This week, Sarah Jauncey<\/strong>, Director of Experiential Learning, and Angela Renwick<\/strong>, Adventure and Immersions Coordinator, launched our Year 10 Immersion Project ‘Dear Future Self’. <\/strong><\/em>The Immersion program invites the Year 10 students to reflect deeply on their identity and aspirations. Through a series of guided activities and experiences, Year 10 over the course of the year will explore who they are, what they hope to achieve in the next five years, and how they plan to get there.<\/p>\n

Every Year 10 Student was provided with a personal journal this week to document their journey of self-discovery which will be used throughout Luminary sessions, Religious Education, Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE), and key events such as Futures Week, work experience, and the Wellbeing Retreat in Forster. The program culminates in a final presentation in Term 4, where students will share their growth and insights.<\/p>\n

It was great to hear the excitement from Year 10 after the presentation as they dived in and worked on their first journal activity, and I am looking forward to seeing how each of them tackles this project on their journey to self-discovery.<\/p>\n

Also don\u2019t forget that our Senior School Production The Great Gatsby<\/em> is scheduled for next week. We can\u2019t wait to see our Year 10 students shine on the stage, hopefully, you managed to get yourself a ticket!<\/p>\n
