As the\u00a0new parent portal, Omnia, is soon to be launched. It will help streamline communications to parents and help you navigate through various different channels in a single platform.<\/p>\n
Once Omnia launches, there will be generally\u00a0two main channels<\/strong>\u00a0for you to find information, learn of news, RSVP for events, see your daughter\u2019s activities and confirm her excursions: Omnia\u00a0and<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0the MLC School app.<\/p>\n As we prepare for the changeover, I would request that\u00a0every parent<\/strong>\u00a0downloads the MLC School app over the weekend and subscribe to the tags that are relevant to your daughter\u2019s Year group and activities.<\/p>\n As advised in last week’s newsletter, the Tuesday Event email <\/strong>was sent for the last time this week.<\/p>\n From Tuesday 20 August 2024,<\/strong> the Event email will be sent via the MLC School app only<\/strong> \u2013 so please make sure you have your app set up by then.<\/p>\n Download the MLC School app<\/strong><\/p>\n Follow the below simple steps to quickly and easily set up the app.<\/p>\n STEP 1: SEARCH AND DOWNLOAD<\/strong> STEP 2: SIGN IN<\/strong> STEP 3: MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS<\/strong> The above steps can also be found in\u00a0this document<\/a>. \nSign in using your MLC School login details.<\/p>\n
\nTap Settings, then Subscriptions and make your selection. You can change your subscriptions at any time. Join the relevant Year group, class (Junior School only), the sport your daughter plays, dance group or music ensemble for tailored communications.<\/p>\n
