The Great Autumn Regatta is a fundraising event for club and school rowing programs.<\/p>\n
School parents, staff, community members and corporate crews, from a variety of clubs and schools, come together and compete in this fun, social rowing regatta.<\/p>\n
This is your chance to get in an eight with a group of friends and experience the sport of rowing.<\/p>\n
The regatta takes place in May\/June at Rodd Point. Each boat competes in three 500m races with finals graded into A, B, C and D. Boats can be mixed gender and definitely of mixed ability.<\/p>\n
You can find your own group of eight or simply get in touch and we will try to put you in a team.<\/p>\n
Entry fees cover the cost of coaches, race fees and to contribute to the rowing program.<\/p>\n
