Some of the aims of this were to build on their sense of self, connections with others and to understand that being inclusive and respectful in and of all types of relationships is essential. I encourage you to speak with your child about what made their list, and what would make yours? In Year 8, particularly in Luminary sessions and Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) we talk about values and priorities. We discuss how these vary between people and how \u2018finding your tribe\u2019 is about finding people who although they may be different in personality, likes and dislikes, they align on their values.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"eop\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><span class=\"normaltextrun\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Next week Year 8 students will have House time on Friday to assist with preparations for the House Swimming Carnival which is on <strong>Friday 10 March 2023<\/strong>. The swimming carnival is a <strong>compulsory school event<\/strong>, participation based and loads of fun.
