Year 5 Students Represent at da Vinci Decathlon

On Thursday 27 July, eight Year 5 students from MLC School had the opportunity of participating in the 2023 annual da Vinci Decathlon. The competition requires skills and knowledge from ten subjects including, Cartography (Geography), Codebreaking, Mathematics, English, Art and Poetry, Legacy (General Knowledge) and Creative Producers.

The da Vinci Decathlon was hosted by Knox Grammar School. There were 80 schools participating in this event. This competition was an outstanding experience which enabled students to develop skills of teamwork, creativity and being able to complete questions under pressure.

MLC Junior School Year 5 represented our school superbly demonstrating excellent personal qualities, teamwork, responsibility, diligence, resilience, their behaviour and the way they wore their uniform.
