Year 3 at Stanwell Tops

Year 3 at Stanwell Tops

This year’s Year 3 Camp was an unforgettable adventure filled with laughs, challenges, and plenty of bravery. Our young explorers showed us their daring sides with each activity, and we couldn’t be prouder.

The highlight for many was the giant swing. Watching everyone’s faces as they were lifted higher and higher was priceless – some looked ready to take on the world, while others were giving the “why did I sign up for this?!” Still, we took the leap and zoomed through the air, with screams of excitement.

We also had an Indigenous session, where students had the chance to try flavors of lemon myrtle and wattle seed. We learned about the use of different materials to make traditional hunting weapons, and we also got the chance to play a new game!

The Rock wall climbing was another test of courage. We saw some amazing scaling skills, with plenty of “I’m almost there!” calls. Every student gave it their all, and many reached the top with huge smiles and well-earned high-fives.

We had a blast, and we’re already counting down to next year’s camp for even more laughs and new memories!
