On Tuesday, Sutton House hosted our Chapel service, supported by their luminary, Alex Schroder. Sarinna Cai (Year 11) played the piano beautifully for us and everyone contributed to readings and helping to organise the service. Pastor Caitlin Scott gave a wonderful sermon on service and how to look for opportunities in our community to care for others. This coincided with the Uniting Church fundraising initiative in Week 3.
Wednesday’s whole school Assembly was ably led by the 2025 captain group, who announced SRC positions for next year and the sub captains for co-curricular. Liliana Hollands (Year 11), Priyanka Thanigasalam (Year 11) and Khushii Varma (Year 11) gave a great presentation on their time at the Round Square conference in the US and Colombia during the October break. The amazing opportunities provided for students at MLC School.
We hope you found the parent teacher interviews productive and helpful for you to gain an understanding of your daughter’s learning. Teachers also find these sessions helpful to answer your questions, offer support strategies for study and revision and to explain the course and assessment programme for that subject.
