Year 10 Leadership and Wellbeing
Yesterday our Year 10 students engaged in a wellbeing and leadership workshop with Burn Bright. The Spark Day program was designed to support students in enhancing respectful, pro social relationships through collaboration, empathy and group cohesion.
Students engaged in a range of interactive activities and were supported to develop their emotional intelligence. Students were empowered to build positive and healthy relationships with their peers and our community. They were equipped with tools to help build confidence, positively express themselves, understand their values, cultivate gratitude and perspective, and build their capacity to be resilient moving forward.
