Year 10
Year 10 students had a busy week completing their Allwell testing. This went by without a hitch, and the students are to be commended for getting on with it fuss free. Those students who were absent on the day will have an opportunity to complete the testing at a date to be confirmed before the end of Term 1.
In Monday’s Luminary time, all of Year 10 students revisited the student code of conduct and policies on pages 142-156 of the student diary. Please can all parents also look at this with their daughters so that you have an understanding of the expectations that we have at school. On Thursday, we were visited by Sarah Jauncey who introduced the cohort to the process to potentially apply to go on international exchange in Term 3. I’m sure if she is interested your daughter will tell you all about it.
Looking ahead, the first assessment notifications of the year have gone out. Hopefully your daughter has a well thought out study schedule and routine and is keeping on top of her work. If she is struggling at all please encourage her to check in with her class teacher, her Luminary or me.
