Taylor’s Amazing Sailing Achievement

Congratulations to Taylor Lu (Year 8) who competed in the 2024 ACT Optimist State Championship Sailing Regatta in Canberra and placed 1st Female Skipper in her division.  

Taylor will be competing in a few more Sailing Regattas this year before heading to Nationals for one week in January at the 2025 Musto Australian Optimist Championship to be held in Brisbane.

Taylor is being coached and mentored by MLC School Old Girl and World Sailing competitor Caitlin Hartnett (2023).
