Sport Fit Fitness Session

Are you looking to increase your speed and agility? Do you want to improve your performance and stamina? Then Sport Fit is the session for you!

Sport Fit is a session for girls in Year 7 to Year 12 who are interested in increasing their speed, agility and strength to improve their skills in their other sports. This session is open to all girls playing a team or individual sport and will provide a session to challenge you to improve your footwork, elevation, stamina, strength, and speed.

This is a great opportunity to improve your skills in preparation for current and upcoming team sports.

Training days: Mondays, commencing Monday 30 January 2023
Training times: 3.30pm–5pm
Venue: MLC School Sports Field
