It has been fantastic to see that despite the very cold mornings this week our attendance at each and every training session has been strong. It is certainly evident in the improved skills, tactics and results that are being shown in the games. This week we have a number of teams competing in IGSA sport semi finals, I would encourage everyone in the MLC School community to come along and support one of the teams. We do have some exciting plans for the finals week, so stay tuned!

Remember the most powerful impact of sport isn’t medals or titles, it’s the relationships, lessons and resilience that is learnt that lasts a lifetime.

Junior School Athletics Carnival

The Junior School Athletics Carnival is on Wednesday 18 June 2025, we are very excited to be heading to the track for a day of fun filled races, field events and House Spirit. A reminder to parents that permission needs to be given via Omnia and that students need to be at school at 8.15am. The carnival will conclude at 2.30pm and students will return to school for normal dismissal. Parents and friends are more than welcome to join us at Sydney Olympic Park, warm up track (there will be coffee!)

MLC School community opportunity

We’re excited to invite MLC School students and staff to one of the most family-friendly events on the AFL calendar — Kids Round at GIANTS Stadium on Saturday 22 June 2025, when the GIANTS take on the Gold Coast Suns!
