My Mind Check – Consent requested from Parents Year 7 to Year 12
At MLC School, the wellbeing of our students is a priority. As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting students’ mental health and wellbeing, we are using My Mind Check, an evidence‑based digital check‑in tool developed by Macquarie University.
My Mind Check provides students with a safe and structured opportunity to reflect on how they are feeling in key areas of their mental health and wellbeing. It helps us to better understand student wellbeing needs, in order to identify areas for intervention and provide appropriate targeted support when required.
My Mind Check is not a clinical assessment or diagnosis. Instead, it offers insights that support early identification, wellbeing conversations, and timely pastoral care for our students.
