Co-curricular Activities and New Tags Available

Many co-curricular activities will start in Week 2, from Monday 2 February 2025. Please contact your co-curricular coordinator if you are not sure or aware of dates and times next week. Some Music groups have started already but communications were sent to all those involved.

The MLC School app calendar has been updated with co-curricular activities (ongoing) and these dates will start to show in your Omnia ‘calendar’ as they are entered. Most activities can now be seen in Omnia, with Music and some Speech and Drama to come soon.

Because several new programs were added for 2025, we have created some new tags. Could we please ask you to update your subscriptions in both the MLC School app and the parent portal Omnia.

The new tags will help us to tailor your subscriptions, ensuring you are not receiving calendar dates for the same activity but different year group. Here are the new tags:

Art Studio (Year 1-Year 2)
Art Studio (Year 3-Year 5)
Creative Drawing (Year 3-Year 5)
Creative Drawing (Year 6-Year 10)
Creative Painting (Year 6-Year 10)
Still Life Drawing (Year 6-Year 10)

And we have updated the following tags:

Senior Robotics (Year 7-Year 12)

Finally, could we check that you have updated your daughter(s) year group(s) within the MLC School digital app. (For example, if she was in Year 6 in 2024, you need to change your subscription for 2025 to Year 7).
