Year 10

The Year Buddy Programme started this week and Year 10 got the chance to meet their House buddies on Thursday. Year 10 were Big Sisters during Luminary time, played games and chatted. After some initial nerves, the girls got on well and the feedback from Year 10 was very positive.

Opportunities such as this help our students to see the world from another perspective and Year 6 had some excellent questions for Year 10 too. In Week 6, the whole of Year 10 will be participating in a sports and games session with Year 6, to continue in Term 4. At this stage the programme is voluntary but we are aiming at setting up connections to help Year 6 make the transition into Year 7 with the help of their Big Sisters.
