The <em>Encore<\/em> showcase concert is a celebration of the best performance works in the State.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jade Di Girolamo<\/strong> &#8211; <em><strong>Encore Selection for Performance &#8211; &#8216;Gothic Carousel&#8217;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ruby Scott-Wishart<\/strong> &#8211; <em><strong>Encore Selection for Composition &#8211;<\/strong><\/em> <em>&#8216;<strong>Soliloquy for Winter Solstice&#8217;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>In addition, <strong>Jacqueline Flett<\/strong>\u00a0received a nomination for her performance and has been accepted into the Conservatorium of Music.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To have two students selected and one nominated for <em>Encore<\/em> is extremely rare and speaks to the strength of the MLC School music program.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 Elizabeth Gilberthorpe<\/em><br \/>\nAssistant Director of Music<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Year 12 students Jade Di Girolamo and Ruby Scott-Wishart have been recognised for their musical talent by being selected for Encore\u00a0for HSC Music 2022.
