Recently, Year 10 Physical Activity and Sport Studies students travelled to Manly for a snorkelling and surf awareness camp. The program is designed to complement the \u2018Promoting active lifestyles\u2019 unit currently being studied. Students engaged in snorkelling where they explored marine life, learnt invaluable surf safety knowledge, and were educated on navigating rips. Not only did students learn new skills but further understood the benefits of recreational activity to their health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n
