{"id":6871,"date":"2026-09-24T15:11:40","date_gmt":"2026-09-24T05:11:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/mce\/?post_type=article&#038;p=6871"},"modified":"2026-09-24T15:11:40","modified_gmt":"2026-09-24T05:11:40","slug":"year-7-2029-enrolments-open","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/mce\/article\/year-7-2029-enrolments-open\/","title":{"rendered":"Year 7 2029 Enrolments Open"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">25 September 2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dear Parents\/Carers<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Year 7 2029 Enrolments Open<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Applications are now open in Compass for Year 7 2029 enrolments (for current Year 4\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">students).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To apply, click the cog wheel on the top right-hand side of your existing parent Compass\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">account and then \u201cFamily and Enrolments\u201d in the drop-down.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are applying for your currently enrolled child in SCS please click on their name in\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Student Profile, complete the profile to get to 100% and you will then be able to create an\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">application.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For new students (outside SCS network), please create a new student profile before\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">submitting an application.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You must select at least two school preferences to submit. Upon submission, you\u2019ll receive <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a confirmation email and your Compass account will display the status as \u201csubmitted.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Here is a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/12FbtpAw4rVFVJGCQTpkypJ-9kyXPafE_\/view\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">step-by-step<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> guide if you need assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Open Day will be held on 2 March 2027 and final enrolment applications are due in late\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">March 2027. We will confirm our deadline during Open Day.
