Dear Parents\/Carers<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Year 10 Vaccinations<\/u><\/strong><\/u><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

NSW Health will offer the following vaccinations to Year 10 students at our College.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

– \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Meningococcal ACWY on 18 March 2026<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If your child is in Year 10 you can provide online consent for their routine school vaccinations. Vaccination will only be provided at school if consent has been received.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

How to provide consent:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

1. To complete online consent for your child\u2019s school vaccinations, visit: https:\/\/engage.health.nsw.gov.au\/engage<\/strong><\/a> and login using your ServiceNSW details. This is the same account you may already use to renew your driver\u2019s licence. Refer to Service NSW<\/a> to create an account if you don\u2019t already have one.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

2. Update or confirm your personal details in ServiceNSW as required.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

3. Complete the School Vaccination Consent Form for your child.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Read a step-by-step guide on how to provide consent online<\/a>. Translated guides are available in Arabic<\/a>, Korean<\/a>, Simplified Chinese<\/a>, Traditional Chinese<\/a>, Vietnamese<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If you or your child do not have a Medicare card or access, consent can still be provided by requesting a paper-based consent form. Please contact the office if you require a paper form.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u2022 Receive SMS and\/or email notifications when vaccinations are given
