ReachOut Parents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What it is:<\/strong><br>ReachOut Parents is a platform designed specifically for parents and carers of teenagers aged 12\u201318 in Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What it offers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Resources and information to help you support your teen with mental health, school, and social challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An online community to connect with other parents, share advice, and seek support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Link:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/parents.au.reachout.com\/\">ReachOut Parents<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
