Vaccination will only be provided at school if consent has been received.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to provide consent:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. To complete online consent for your child\u2019s school vaccinations, visit:<a href=\"https:\/\/nswhealth.service-now.com\/school\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/engage.health.nsw.gov.au\/engage\"><strong>https:\/\/engage.health.nsw.gov.au\/engage<\/strong><\/a>\u202fand login using your ServiceNSW details. This is the same account you may already use to renew your driver\u2019s licence. Refer to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.service.nsw.gov.au\/services\/myservicensw-account\/how-to-create-an-account\"> Service NSW<\/a> to create an account if you don\u2019t already have one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Update or confirm your personal details in ServiceNSW as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Complete the School Vaccination Consent Form for your child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read a step-by-step<a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.nsw.gov.au\/immunisation\/Factsheets\/online-consent-school-vaccination-english.pdf\"> guide on how to provide consent online<\/a>.
