Course content mimics that of the first-year courses and involves content such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Introduction to C<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Variables and data types<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Loops and conditional operation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Memory management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Data structures<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span role=\"presentation\">Introductory algorithms<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_elementToProof\">This program is run entirely online with an expected contact hour workload of only 3-5 hours per week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_elementToProof\">This is open to students as young as year 9 and up to year 12, however year 10 and 11 will be shown preference.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">The course will start on the 18th\u00a0of August and part A will run for 9 weeks. Students will need to have access to the internet and preferably a computer of their own.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">Please note, not all students will be guaranteed a place as enrolments are limited.
