{"id":8190,"date":"2025-08-15T04:34:50","date_gmt":"2025-08-15T04:34:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/fortstreet\/?post_type=article&#038;p=8190"},"modified":"2025-08-15T04:34:50","modified_gmt":"2025-08-15T04:34:50","slug":"year-8-french-breakfast-2","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/fortstreet\/article\/year-8-french-breakfast-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Year 8 French Breakfast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the 2nd of July, Classes \ud83d\ude2f and 8I embarked on a culinary journey into the world of authentic French cuisine to celebrate the students\u2019 achievements in the first semester and to further enhance our knowledge of french food.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It all started in period 2, where \ud83d\ude2f waited eagerly outside the classroom and walked into the room to see a table with a vast array of traditional French treats. There were flaky croissants and rich pain au chocolat. There were fresh baguettes which were served with unique types of french cheese (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">fromage) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and butter (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">beurre) <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">as well as jam (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">confiture)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Chocolate biscuits were also served.
