Students explored each exhibit of the museum, which enriched their modules on palaeontology, natural hazards, climate science and resource management.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Highlights included the Wild Planet, Minerals, Surviving Australia and, of course, the Dinosaurs exhibitions.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Field studies are an important component of the earth and environmental sciences. Fortians who take this subject in Year 11 and 12 use these rich experiences to gather, process and analyse firsthand data to understand the future impact humans can have on the Earth.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The students represented their school with excellent and respectful behaviour to the museum and the exhibitions.
