These incredible camps are a bit like the recent\u00a0IMP Camp, but for a whole week, with an even bigger cohort, and involving students from all around the state.\u00a0Traditionally Fort Street has had a strong team of students involved in these camps, and the feedback from the camps is always incredibly positive.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 13.15pt;background: white;margin: 0cm 0cm 15.0pt 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Senior Camp is in Week 10 of Term 2.\u00a0Junior Camp is in\u00a0Week 1 or Term 3.\u00a0I would strongly\u00a0encourage students playing at approximately AMEB Grade 3 level or above\u00a0to consider putting in an application. I am happy to be the nominating teacher for any IMP student who applies. This prestigious event was established by the Ku-ring-gai Philharmonic Orchestra in 1984 and has become an exciting part of the musical journey for thousands of students across NSW for nearly 40 years. The standard of these young performers is breathtaking and speaks not only of technical excellence but also of passion and hard work. Former finalists have gone on to glittering careers in the music industry (eg the principal Trombone of the Berlin Philharmonic, Jono Ramsay, formerly of Baulkham Hills High School and the NSW Arts Unit).\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 13.15pt;background: white\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">The IMP are incredibly proud of Clara, and wish her the best in the upcoming performance with the KPO. <\/span><span style=\"color: #212121\">The event will take place on Sunday 25 June at 3.00pm at the Concourse, Chatswood.
