If performed immediately, CPR can improve a person\u2019s chance of survival.\u00a0\u00a0In Australia, survival rate from an out of hospital cardiac arrest is less than 10%.\u00a0 In contrast Seattle has a cardiac arrest survival rate that is 60% due to many different initiatives including compulsory CPR training in schools.\u00a0Empowering all youth with CPR and AED training in school will dramatically increase the number of first responders in communities each year and save lives.<\/p>\n<p>CPR Heart For Life is co-founded by Emergency Specialist Dr Juan Chiang and Dr Lai Heng Foong.
