The competition involves working out the concentration of an acid. From the 64 teams that participated in the competition, one of the Year 11 teams from Fort Street, was awarded first place, an excellent effort. It was an absolute pleasure beating the Sydney Grammar teams.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif\">The students in the team that were awarded 1<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif\"><sup>st<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif\"> Place were\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri,sans-serif\">James, Crystal and Amelie.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;font-size: medium\"><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri,sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;font-size: medium\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif\">This team will go on to participate at the next stage which is at the National level, at the University of New South Wales in early September. We wish them the best of luck.
