Harmony Day

Harmony day was celebrated at Fort Street on Monday 21 March. Students and staff showed their support for cultural diversity by wearing orange (the official colour of Harmony Day) or cultural dress to school. Through cultural food stalls and gold coin donations, $2 000 was raised and will be donated to the The Rivers Secondary College, Lismore, where the Richmond River Campus was completely covered by flood waters. Many students and staff have lost everything, and money raised will be distributed in the form of vouchers by the school to families in need.
