On Friday 23 May, our Secondary Students laced up their running shoes and took to the course for this year\u2019s much-anticipated Cross Country event<\/strong>\u2014a day marked not only by physical challenge and perseverance, but also by a joyful sense of community and school spirit.<\/p>\n

From the starting whistle to the final sprint across the finish line, our students gave their all. It was inspiring to witness every participant\u2014whether racing for the podium or simply striving to complete the course\u2014demonstrate determination, encouragement, and a heart to do their best.<\/p>\n

At the heart of this event was our school\u2019s core value of Excellence<\/strong>. In a Christian context, excellence is not just about being the best, but giving our best in all we do, as an offering to God. As Colossians 3:23 reminds us: \u201cWhatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.\u201d<\/em> Our students truly embodied this spirit, pushing themselves with focus and integrity, and cheering on their peers with generous enthusiasm.<\/p>\n
