Materials Design and Technology

There are some exciting projects taking shape in Mr Botha’s Materials, Design and Technology classes with students creating Soccer Bots, Wall Shelves, and creative pieces of work.

Students have been hard at work creating their own projects whilst improving their skills. In our engineering course, students have been learning about electronics and how it interacts with mechanical parts; whilst understanding how their learnt skills transfer to a real-world application in learning how the coding works of a traffic light, once a car stops on a sensor and many more other applications…
