If there are several people on the top scores, then those top names will be drawn out of a hat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Score Points \u2026<\/strong>\u00a0Points are earned as you interact, engage and explore. The more you do so, the more points you will accumulate. For example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 pts \u2013 Interact with an Exhibitor and scan their QR code<\/li>\n<li>50 pts \u2013 Login for the first time<\/li>\n<li>50 pts \u2013 View Notifications<\/li>\n<li>50 pts \u2013 Complete a Session feedback survey<\/li>\n<li>40 pts \u2013 Update your profile<\/li>\n<li>40 pts \u2013 Update your profile image<\/li>\n<li>30 pts \u2013 Send a message to a colleague<\/li>\n<li>30 pts \u2013 Comment on a page<\/li>\n<li>30 Pts \u2013 Post a status update<\/li>\n<li>\u2026 and many, many more opportunities to accumulate points!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>First Things First \u2026<\/strong>\u00a0Make sure you are logged into the App (using the email address that you supplied upon registration, and your newly created password) to activate the gamification function.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Scan an Exhibitor QR Code<\/strong>\u00a0\u2026 Click into the QR Scanner Icon and scan the Exhibitor\u2019s QR code. The scan will automatically be recognised within the gamification function and your points will be allocated. You will only receive points the first time each Exhibitor is scanned. However, if you manage to scan all Exhibitor\u2019s QR codes, you will be awarded bonus points once the final Exhibitor is scanned.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Bookmark Function<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an incredibly useful function as it enables you to save all your important information in one place \u2013 under the \u2018Login\u2019 Icon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Bookmark \u2026<\/strong>\u00a0The Bookmark function is available in the following Icons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Program<\/li>\n<li>Speakers<\/li>\n<li>Sponsors<\/li>\n<li>Exhibitors<\/li>\n<li>Delegates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Create Your Schedule \u2026<\/strong>\u00a0Click into the Program Icon. Review the Sessions, and click on the Bookmark Icon for those you\u2019d like to attend. To access your created Schedule, click into the Login Icon to see \u2018<strong>My Schedule<\/strong>\u2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Obtain and Export Delegate Details \u2026<\/strong>\u00a0Click into the Delegates Icon. Click into the Delegate\u2019s name and click on the Bookmark Icon. To access your created list of Delegates, click into the Login Icon to see \u2018<strong>My Delegates<\/strong>\u2018. You are also able to take notes for each Delegate and export these notes to your email address. Simply click on the \u2018Export Notes\u2019 function whilst in the Login Icon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Create a List of Sponsors \/ Exhibitors \/ Speakers \u2026<\/strong>\u00a0Similar to the Delegates information above, click into the relevant Icon, then click on the Bookmark Icon. Note that only the Delegate details can be exported to your email address. The details of the Sponsors \/ Exhibitors \/ Speakers remain within the App.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Session Feedback Survey<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your feedback matters!<\/strong>\u00a0After each Session, we encourage you to take a moment to complete the short Feedback Survey. It\u2019s super easy \u2013 simply click into the\u00a0<strong>Session<\/strong>\u00a0icon, tap the top\u00a0<strong>Feedback<\/strong>\u00a0icon, and answer four quick questions. It only takes a minute, but it makes a big difference. Your insights help us understand what\u2019s working and what can be improved, so we can plan and prepare an even better experience for the next Summit.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for helping shape the future of our events! (And don\u2019t forget \u2013 each Feedback Survey you complete will earn you gamification points!)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taking Notes and Exporting Content<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>To Take Notes<\/strong>\u00a0\u2026 Click into the Program Icon and select a Session. Then, select the pencil Notes Icon and this will take you to a notepad \u2026 and simply start typing away! Notes are automatically saved \u2013 you can leave and come back to your notes as often as you like.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Export Your Notes \u2026<\/strong>\u00a0When you have finished taking notes, you can send these to an email address. To do this, click into the Login Icon then select \u2018Export Notes\u2019. You will be asked to enter in your email address, and the notes will then be sent there.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important Note about Notes \u2026<\/strong>\u00a0The notes will stay on the Summit App as long as you leave the App on your device. If you delete the App, then the notes are also deleted, so make sure that you export your notes prior to deleting the App.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finally, for More App Tips \u2013 Make Sure to visit the FAQs and App Tips Icons\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2026 and importantly,\u00a0<strong>don\u2019t forget to refresh your App frequently<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>To do this, simply click on the \u2018Settings\u2019 wheel (top right of screen) and click \u2018Check for Updates\u2019.
