{"id":1084,"date":"2026-08-24T17:22:11","date_gmt":"2026-08-24T07:22:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/educateplus\/?post_type=article&#038;p=1084"},"modified":"2026-08-26T13:14:37","modified_gmt":"2026-08-26T03:14:37","slug":"registration-desk","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/www.thebuzz.net.au\/educateplus\/article\/registration-desk\/","title":{"rendered":"Registration Desk and Checking-In"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>\u00a0<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Check-In Location: <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The Conference Registration Desk is located in the ground floor Foyer of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC)<\/p>\n<p><strong>We STRONGLY recommend that all Delegates Check-In at the Conference Registration Desk on TUESDAY afternoon if possible!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To avoid last minute Wednesday morning rush<\/li>\n<li>To ensure you have your Name Badge at the Marts&amp;Lundy Welcome Event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>DELEGATE Check-In Times:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The Conference Registration Desk is open as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tuesday 1 September:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>From 9.00am for Tour attendees.<\/li>\n<li>From 11.00am-1.00pm for Workshop Delegates. (Lunch for Workshop Delegates will be served from 12.00pm onwards)<\/li>\n<li><strong>From 2.00pm-5.00pm for Full-Conference Delegates and Exhibitors (We recommend <em>ALL<\/em> Full-Conference Delegates check-in on Tuesday afternoon if possible).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong> Wear your Name Badge to the Marts&amp;Lundy Welcome Event (and all Events), to gain access and to make it easier to connect and network with others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wednesday 2 September:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>From 8.00am &#8211; for Conference Delegates not yet Checked-In (including Wednesday &#8216;Day Only&#8217; Delegates).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thursday 3 September:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>From 8.00am for Thursday &#8216;Day Only&#8217; Delegates (and Full-Conference Delegates not yet Checked-In).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Friday 4 September:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>From 8.00am for Friday &#8216;Day Only&#8217; Delegates\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>DELEGATE Check-In Process:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 1 &#8211; Printing your Name Badge<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><em><strong>To expediate the Check-In process,<\/strong><\/em> ensure that you have your Check-In QR Code already open within the Conference App as you approach the Registration Desk Kiosks. (App Home Screen or via your Profile page).<\/li>\n<li>At the Check-In Kiosk, scan your QR Code, as prompted.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the onscreen Check-In process (editing if needed).<\/li>\n<li>Wait for your Name Badge to be printed (double-sided &#8211; so ensure both sides print out before removing from the printer)<\/li>\n<li>Rest assured, a member of the educate+ team will be there to assist if you experience any issues with Check-In<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 2 &#8211; Collecting your Lanyard and Conference Satchel<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Once you&#8217;ve Checked-In and printed your Name Badge, please move away from the kiosk area as quickly as possible to collect your Lanyard from the &#8216;Lanyard Tree&#8217; and your Conference Satchel from the nearby lanyard trees.<\/li>\n<li>And &#8230; if you&#8217;re checking-in on the morning prior to each day&#8217;s Sessions &#8230; make sure to visit our Exhibitors and grab yourself a free Coffee in the Exhibition Hall while you wait for the Conference to start.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5><strong>EXHIBITOR \/ SPONSOR Check-In Process (And Bump-In)<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exhibitors and Sponsors Check-In Time:<\/strong> Tuesday 1 September, at the Registration Desk Kiosks, from 2.00pm onwards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Exhibitor Bump-In Time:<\/strong> Tuesday 1 September, from 2.00pm onwards.
