Registration Desk & the Check-In Process

The Summit Registration Desk is located in the Foyer, just through the Entry doors.

Delegate Check-In Times:

The Summit Registration Desk is open as follows:

• Thursday 17 July:
  • Registration Desk Open – From 8.00am
  • Collect your Name Badge and Program
  • iDAT Barista Coffee and Tea available upon arrival
  • After Checking In, please proceed to the Exhibition space until Summit Start / Welcome 
  • Day 1 Start / Welcome – 8.30am
  • Meet the Exhibitors – 4.45pm
  • Shake edu Networking Drinks 5.15pm-7.30pm
  • Close – 7.30pm

• Friday 18 July:
  • Registration Desk Open – From 8.00am 
  • If not previously Checked-In, collect your Name Badge and Program
  • iDAT Barista Coffee and Tea available upon arrival
  • After Checking In, please proceed to the Exhibition space until Summit start time
  • Day 2 Start / Welcome – 8.30am
  • Awards Lunch (Marts&Lundy) – 12.35pm
  • Close – 2.30pm 

Exhibitor / Sponsor Check-In Process (and Bump-In)

• Exhibitor Bump-In Time: Wednesday 16 July from 10.30am – 4.30pm
• Please make sure to sign in at Main Reception and proceed to the Middle School Building
