Registration Desk, Checking In and Key Times
Check-In Location:
On Day 1 (Thursday 23 October), a temporary Registration Desk for Check-In will be located in the Hotel Restaurant (Lobby Level) due to the large number of Delegates arriving. NSW/ACT Committee Members will greet you as you enter the hotel.
For the remainder of the Summit, the Registration Desk is located in the Pre-Function area outside the Freshwater Ballroom.

The Summit Registration Desk hours and key times are as follows:
- Thursday 23 October:
- Day 1 Registration Desk Open – From 8.00am (Temporary Registration Desk in the Hotel Restaurant – Lobby)
- Collect your Name Badge and Summit Satchel
 - Tea and Coffee available upon arrival, from 8.00am-9.00am
 - After Checking In, please meet with the Exhibitors, until Summit start
 
 - Day 1 Welcome & Team Building Event: 9.00am (Freshwater Ballroom)
 - Day 1 ToucanTech Lunch: 1.25pm-2.25pm (Pre-Function Area)
- Delegates are encouraged to eat in the Pre-Function Area. If seating is required, the Forest and Marine Rooms are available, and also some limited seating on the Terrace.
 
 - Day 1 Meet the Exhibitors Networking Drinks: 5.00pm-5.30pm (Pre-Function Area)
 - Day 1 PLC Pathways NSW/ACT Chapter Recognition Awards Dinner: 5.30pm-7.30pm (Freshwater Ballroom)
 
 - Day 1 Registration Desk Open – From 8.00am (Temporary Registration Desk in the Hotel Restaurant – Lobby)
 - Friday 24 October:
- Day 2 Digistorm Breakfast Workshop: 7.15am-8.45am (Freshwater Ballroom)
 - Day 2 Registration Desk Open – From 8.30am (Pre-Function Area)
- If not previously Checked-In, collect your Name Badge and Summit Satchel
 - Tea available upon arrival, from 8.30am
 
 - Day 2 Keynote Start: 9.00am (Freshwater Ballroom)
 - Day 2 Ardent Communications Lunch: 12.50pm-1.50pm (Pre-Function Area)
 - Day 2 Summit Close and AGM: 3.40pm-4.00pm (Freshwater Ballroom)
