Registration Desk and Check-In Process
Check-In Location:
The Registration Desk is located on the Plaza level (P1 – P5 Foyer area).
- The best access is from Carpark 1 or main entrance via Merivale Street.

Delegate Check-In Times:
The Summit Registration Desk is open as follows:
- Monday 28 July:
- Registration Desk Open – From 8.00am
 - Collect your Name Badge and Program
 - Coffee and Tea available upon arrival
 - After Checking In, please proceed to the Exhibition space until Summit Start / Welcome
 - Day 1 Start / Welcome – 9.00am
 - School Marketing Manifesto Networking Drinks 4.45pm-5.45pm
 - iDAT Summit Soiree (Optional – Pre Registration Required) 6.00pm-8.00pm
 
 - Tuesday 29 July:
- Registration Desk Open – From 8.00am
 - If not previously Checked-In, collect your Name Badge and Program
 - Coffee and Tea available upon arrival
 - After Checking In, please proceed to the Exhibition space until Summit start time
 - Day 2 Start / Workshops start at 8.30am sharp
 - Close – 3.30pm
 
 
Exhibitor / Sponsor Check-In Process (and Bump-In)
- Exhibitor Bump-In Time: Monday 28 July, from 7.00am onwards
 - Collect your Name Badge and Program from the Registration Desk.
 - Exhibitor Bump-Out Time: Tuesday 29 July, from 1.20pm onwards (after lunch)
