A shoulder to lean on<\/strong><\/p>\n

Building mentorship programs are the foundation of alumni engagement.\u00a0 Connecting students to grads and <\/em>grads to grads is a proven way to build meaningful engagement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But, what about us?\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a busy, changing and sometimes isolated role \u2013 alumni relations professionals can also use a shoulder to lean on.\u00a0 In next month\u2019s SIG, we want to try something a little bit different.\u00a0 We want to connect\u00a0long-time alumni professionals with those new to the role in an informal speed mentoring session.\u00a0<\/p>\n
