To make the WA Chapter Conference more accessible for our regional, small, low fee-paying or new member organisations, five $400 scholarships are on offer to help cover the cost of registration and other expenses to attend the conference.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eligibility criteria &#8211; To be eligible candidates must satisfy the following criteria:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Candidates must be a Full Member of Educate Plus. Those with Associate Membership will need to pay an additional $100 (ex GST) to become a Full Member. If you are not a member, you may wish to consider joining so that you can access this scholarship. (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.educateplus.edu.au\/membership\/join\/\">www.educateplus.edu.au\/membership\/join\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>Candidates must work in either:<\/p>\n<p>A regional institution (i.e. tertiary\/schools)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 OR<\/p>\n<p>A small and\/or low fee paying institution<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 OR<\/p>\n<p>A newly established institution<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Please complete the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.educateplus.edu.au\/wp-content\/files\/Scholarship%20Application%20Form%20-%20WA%20Chapter%20Conference%202017%20v2.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Scholarship Application Form<\/a>.\u00a0The form should then be emailed to <a href=\"mailto:waconference@educateplus.edu.au\">waconference@educateplus.edu.au<\/a>\u00a0by 1 September.<\/p>\n<p>Successful applicants will be notified by 4 September.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>If you have any enquiries, please contact David Williams, Chapter President, on (08) 9377 8522.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Educate Plus recognises the importance of providing members with ongoing opportunities for professional development.
