Building a Healthy Team Culture <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our first WA Chapter Breakfast PD in the 2025 series on \u2018Mastering Communication for Engagement and Growth\u2019 on 12 March was very well received by attendees. Advancement professionals from across Perth and Mandurah attended in person at Trinity Residential College in Perth or remotely via livestream.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Brad Raynor<\/a> (C<\/strong>ognito and BNR Leadership) delivered practical skills on how to build a culture of explicit belonging and empathy in teams. He explained how the multidirectional dynamics between leaders and colleagues affect behaviour and performance, and how we can enhance these.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We look forward to Brad returning to the WA Chapter Summit in May to build on this session!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
