Motto or personal mantra?<\/h6>\n

No one is good at everything, but everyone is good at something.<\/p>\n

How has Educate Plus helped you in your career development?<\/h6>\n

Broadened my network, my knowledge and introduced me to others who have shared their ideas and experiences with me.\u00a0 Being an Educate Plus presenter also allowed me to share my own knowledge and experiences, and helped build my confidence in public speaking and presenting.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s one thing you couldn\u2019t live without?<\/h6>\n

Family \u2013 Husband Andrew, children Sam (21), Isabel (19) and Josh (15), Rough Collie \u201cParker\u201d.<\/p>\n

Who has had the biggest impact on your career thus far and why?<\/h6>\n

My sister Vivienne Wearne, Head of Penbank Campus, Woodleigh School, has always encouraged me to seek to do something I care about, and that to do something enjoyable and rewarding, is vital.<\/p>\n

Favourite travel spot?<\/h6>\n

Snowgum Drive, Bilambil Heights \u2013 overlooking Mt Warning, Tweed Valley and Coolangatta.\u00a0 Best place in the world.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the weirdest job you\u2019ve ever had?\u00a0<\/h6>\n

Riding on the back of a motorcycle, taking photographs of the OHA Cycling Day, when I was at Haileybury.\u00a0 So. Much. Fun.<\/p>\n

How do you define success on the work front?<\/h6>\n

Good attendance numbers at reunions and events. Smiles on faces. Re-engaging someone who isn\u2019t engaged, then keeping them connected.<\/p>\n

Tell us two things most people don\u2019t know about you.<\/h6>\n

  1. My husband and I were on the TV Show Blind Date in 1991 \u2013 our children say that we are The Bachelor and Bachelorette of the 90s!<\/li>\n
