We are thrilled to report that the VIC\/TAS Chapter has commenced the year with 2 successful networking events!<\/strong><\/h5>\n

TAS Coffee Catch-Up Brings Members Together<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On 12 March, Tasmanian members gathered at the UTAS University Club for our TAS Coffee Catch-Up, enjoying a morning of engaging conversations and meaningful connections.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The vibrant atmosphere made for a fantastic event, with attendees sharing insights and strengthening professional relationships. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many appreciating the opportunity to connect in a relaxed setting.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A highlight of the morning was the suggestion of future school tours between our institutions – an exciting opportunity to build on the momentum created. If you would like to host a school tour in Tasmania in 2025, please contact <\/span>laura.bird@hutchins.tas.edu.au<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Victorian Chapter Kicks Off the Year with Networking Drinks<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We were delighted to welcome Victorian members to the new year with Chapter Drinks, held on Wednesday, 2 April, at Harvie, Armadale.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As our first professional networking event of the year, the evening provided a fantastic opportunity for Advancement colleagues from independent schools and tertiary institutions across Victoria to reconnect and forge new connections. Over drinks and finger food, attendees engaged in meaningful conversations, shared insights and strengthened professional relationships in a relaxed and welcoming setting.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It was wonderful to see both new and long-standing members come together, and we were especially grateful to have the support of our event sponsor, Uniform Group. Their presence helped make the night even more special.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With such a positive start to the year, we look forward to hosting more networking opportunities in 2025!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
